scholarship recognition program

The Montgomery County Chapter of NAACP supports education by awarding scholarships to deserving high school graduates who are residents of the county. Our objective is to encourage students to graduate from high school and continue their education by providing much needed scholarships of $1,000 to talented seniors.

We appreciate the community support we have received in previous years!  We have been successful in awarding $33,000 to graduating Montgomery County high school seniors over the past 13 years.   We awarded five scholarships in 2024.  With your support and donations, we can surpass that number in 2025.  Please make checks payable to "MCNAACP #6304" and note that it is for the Scholarship Fund on the memo line.
